Plant Finance Business
Partner (m/f/d)

The Plant Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing dedicated financial decision support aligned to strategic commercial priorities at flagship plants / manufacturing sites. The role supports the local plant management in driving plant performance and value.
Key responsibilities

Responsible for providing the plant Operational teams with an understanding of financial performance, including key trends, detailed cost, contribution margin analysis and future projections
Support and provide input into the planning, budgeting & forecasting processes
Look forward and generate ideas to improve the plant future performance
Provides input to costing decisions
Reviews management reports and analyses for key trends that will have an impact on the plant output
Works closely with local plant / manufacturing teams to understand and explain variances to the overall budget / forecast for the site
Contribute to the plant capex elaboration, management and reviews
Monitor and highlight to plant management aging and issues with inventory
Produce ad hoc reports and analysis as required, to enable plant management decision making
Conduct detailed regular service performance analysis including ROI, scenario planning and KPI analysis to support the plant management decisions
Support the plant contract / service cost optimization projects through profitability analysis

Skills & Experience

Relevant degree in business studies or a comparable degree with relevant accounting experience
Several years of relevant professional experience in Finance and Accounting
Preference for manufacturing or similar industry with multi-revenue stream operations
