Grid Field Operations is part of a bigger energy (eco)system in a complex and ever changing industry. It is therefore important that GFO keeps up pace and improves its daily work to create a reliable grid for a BRIGHTER energy future. GFO-Excellence (GFO-E) is working on that with colleagues from GFO-N, G and O as well as other units in the end-to-end processes. It is our expertise to build strategic agility together. By bringing in our skills and knowledge we deliver focus and give orientation. We care for our colleagues and take away the hurdles between the people and their work. GFO-E facilitates an environment in which colleagues are connected and learn from each other, whilst keeping the TenneT and regulatory frameworks into account. We coordinate improvements to enable GFO to become a learning organisation and move from a custodian to an orchestrator that is prepared for growth. We help GFO to be excellent.
