Job Description
We are looking for you to support our area Safety and Motion (SAM). The position can be filled in Frankfurt or Regensburg.
As a Process Expert System Engineering (m/f/diverse) you are responsible for the complete and consistent package of processes, methods and related tools for system engineering for use in all projects of our segment worldwide. Specific focus is on cybersecurity and functional safety.
This includes definition and adaptation of the processes, methods and tools to the requirements of our product lines, use in projects and maintenance of the solution throughout its lifecycle.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
Lead the segment process community with product center representatives, key users and tool administrators
Consolidate and represent the needs of our segment in definition teams, release trains and change control boards on company level
Coordinate the definition and update of our segment processes and methods, based on change requests
Challenge and improve process, method, and tool strategies with novel ideas
Define and track deployment and training strategy
Provide training and share own knowledge with the organization
Advise management and projects on relevant processes, methods and tools
Ensure proper set-up of supporting services (e.g. data center, access management systems)
Job Requirements
Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
Multiannual professional experience in system development
Leadership experience (e.g. through project management of international and interdisciplinary teams)
Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods and tools for system development
Knowledge in cybersecurity (according to ISO 21434) and functional safety (according to ISO 26262)
Knowledge of product development (from development to manufacturing)
Experience with process development or process improvement projects
Experience with IBM Jazz, Ansys Medini Analyze or Isograph Reliability Workbench are beneficial
Very good English language skills written and spoken
Good German language skills would be beneficial
Presentation and communication competence at all levels of leadership
Coaching and training capabilities
Experience in international and intercultural cooperation
Moderation skills
