Your Tasks:
You design trend-setting product strategies and design, implement and test new processes, products and systems for our card-controlled payment transactions, which you will then also implement. Furthermore, you always keep an eye on current market trends and our competition, but also analyse our as-is processes, improve them where necessary and coordinate with the involved interfaces and stakeholders. Of course, you ensure that all relevant guidelines and requirements are adhered to, both internally and externally, and keep your colleagues up to date with your informative work instructions and process documentation. In this, communication is just as much your key to success as it is when working with external auditors and service providers, as well as when you competently answer any questions for applications and systems in use.
Your Profile:
Degree in economics, finance or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the development of new financial products, ideally in the area of cards / mobile banking
Practice in (agile) project work and know-how in the conception of technical requirements and their implementation
IT and technology affinity
Analytical and holistic thinking and quick comprehension skills
Communication talent with strong teamwork skills
Fluent in in English and German both written and spoken
