We are looking for you as soon as possible full-time for our location in the industrial park Gersthofen as

Program Manager (PMO) (m/f/d) Digital Transformation

You are in the middle of Europe and work for the whole of Europe. For our international parent company Indorama, you drive the vision and strategy of digital transformation in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) as part of the English-speaking Digital Transformation team at selected production sites.

Your tasks:

Development, planning and coordi­nation of interdisciplinary projects / programs for the expansion of digitalization in selected production sites using appropriate software
Follow-up and evaluation of projects as well as preparation and presen­tation of results
Close collaboration with global program management, EMEA site managers and project managers
Development of suitable strategies and goals including milestones
Carrying out risk analysis, cost and resource management for the individual projects / programmes, including performanceassessment 
Disciplinary and professional management of the employees in the projects / programs (especially the project managers) 

Your profile:

Completed studies in the field of project management, business management, engineering, business informatics, business mathematics or similar
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position desirable
Experience in the application of change management in the industrial environment
Sound knowledge of various project management methods and associated IT systems (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is an advantage
Ideally Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
PMP / PRINCE2, «Agile» A+ Certified (Optional)
Very good MS Office skills
Outstanding leadership skills, strong communication skills and organi­zational talent
Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills
Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
