As a member of our International team in Munich your top priority will be as
Project Management Officer (PMO) (m/f/d)

to oversee and plan strategic and operational projects at the Schiedel Group level from the initial idea creation through completion.
You are responsible for:
Managing delivery of the projects according to the plan while improving the efficiency, following up project tasks and maintaining project plans.
Constant tracking of all projects, reviewing performance and reporting regularly on project status to the project manager and various stakeholders. Regular progress reporting to the Schiedel Executive Committee (ECS).
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and managing / adjusting for changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
Create dashboards for each project and connected projects to create synergies.
Managing the relationship and communication with project team members and all stakeholders.

What you have to bring with you:
Proven experience in project management (at least 5 years) including experience with project management software tools and different project management techniques.
You enjoy working in an international team, you are open to new things and have a future oriented mindset. In addition, you are also characterised by an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and multitasking skills are your strength.
Your strength is effective written and oral communication skills in German and English
A certain affinity for systems and experience in dealing with SAP as well as quotation and ordering tools
