As an expert in „sustainable fertilizer management“ you will be responsible for developing positioning options for our fertilizers with regard to reducing emissions and sustainable agriculture, as well as business models with regard to marketing opportunities for the CO 2 footprint.
Your tasks in details:
Project management and support in relation to field and laboratory tests of our product portfolio with regard to the analysis of product performance, emissions and impact on soil
Development of argument lines based on test results and scientific knowledge for the application of our product range and its market positioning
Drive innovation and agronomic solution-oriented mindset within the team that ultimately converts to real agronomical product and/or service offerings to our customers and end-users
Further development of calculation models & tools for calculating the CO 2 footprint in the area of fertilizer application
Development of business models based on the CO 2 reduction potential of the EuroChem product range, including options for certification
Technical support for marketing, sales and association work in relation to CO 2 footprint and CO 2 reduction potential and sustainability
Interface to production and supply chain in relation to the aspects of CO 2 emissions
Your qualification:
Successfully graduated in agricultural studies (e.g. agricultural sciences or agricultural economics or agricultural biology)
2 to 3 years professional work experience in agricultural would be an advantage
Knowledge of plant nutrition, fertilization and emissions is required
Very good analytical abilities and an affinity for working with calculation models
Creative and solution-oriented approach as well as structured and reliable way of working
High communication skills, showing initiative and ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of German and English in written and spoken form
IT affinity and good IT knowledge especially of MS-Office software
