The Real Estate Analyst (m/f/d) will be part of the PIMCO Prime Real Estate North & Central Europe Asset Management Function and will be based in Munich. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and varied tasks and have the scope to design them.

Key Responsibilities
General commercial and project-related support of the Asset Management Team in the »Buy-Manage-Sell« cycle
Preparation and participation in the creation of the annual business planning for the supported portfolio
Validation of planning parameters (e.g. cost/revenue), planning data input, preparation of the target-actual comparisons (focus properties), independent check of the ongoing quarterly result (plan/actual deviations). Execution of the required arrangements for explanation of the deviations – ongoing, particularly for the relevant meetings, possibly inducement of corrections
Execution of individual and portfolio analyses (KPI)
Support for the creation of investment calculators and leasing templates including the preparation of current market data
Support in lettings, especially in the creation of leasing offers, leasing contracts an supplements
Involvement in and validation of the takeover of properties into the portfolio and the preparation of property sales
Participation in the operative control of the external service partners and quality assurance of the service, cooperation in the evaluation of reporting
Preparation of the quarterly meetings for the JV partner
Support in the context of building refurbishments with regard to product design and required decision-making templates
Key Requirements
Advanced graduate degree in Real Estate or Economics (in the latter case ideally with additional real estate qualification)
Internship or working student experience in real estate asset management is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office; highly proficient in Excel
Detail-oriented with solid quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills and a high level of accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills: Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite
Hands-on-mentality and persistence to carry out projects and tasks
