For the well-established sales organization Southeast Asia with its local HQ in Singapore our client is looking for you as a
Regional Managing Director (m/f/d) Southeast Asia
Tasks
Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in all Southeast Asia as well as Bangladesh and Korea
Providing proactive and dynamic leadership for the regional subsidiaries and local sales teams
Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue
Increasing the revenue especially through channel sales as well as some direct sales
Manage and further deepen the relations to the most important key accounts
Defining local mid- and long-term business plans
Direct reporting to the German HQ
Requirements
Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
Sound experience in sales and key account management incl. P&L responsibility
Good knowledge with selling industrial products and consumables through a three-stage-distribution-channel system
Entrepreneurial and passionate sales-personality with conceptual strength
Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
Very good skills in English
Trustworthy person living in Singapore or willingness to relocate
