YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop the sales action plan in selected target countries/region with supervisor and ensure its realization and follow-up.
Ensure the right application of sales methods and tools available within the business unit.
Plan and support in all relevant industry events and activities for the channel, to expand market recognition and generate sales.
Support the clients through the entire customer journey, to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
Cooperation with other business areas of the business unit (e.g.: Marketing, Customer Care, Product Management), to improve multi-channel solutions and product development.
Initiate and coordinate efficient after-sales services to clients, to strengthen business relationship and client satisfaction.
Generate collegial knowledge and advice other sales manager (of any channel) for the exchange of experiences and best practices solutions to optimize efficiency of the sales organization.
Participate in necessary activities for the adoption, development, introduction and optimization of sales-related IT solutions in cooperation with relevant departments, to ensure the use of a sales-supporting IT solution along relevant sales process.
Development of regular sales forecasts, planning and controlling measures for activities and targets including development, initiation and deliver of countermeasures if deviations occur.
Responsible for planning of sales activities to achieve the corresponding sales goals and contribution margins with specified portfolio of clients and/or channel with the support of marketing and controlling. Monitor plan compliance over time.
Proven experience in developing a sales area (preferably in the cleaning industry, cleaning machines, and/or handling of distributors/distributor channel).
Understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the B-2-B field, autonomous devices and commercial cleaning.
Strong Expertise in winning, handling and managing expectations of customers (preferably in professional cleaning machinery industry).
Successfully completed university studies with a focus in administration, sales and marketing areas.
Several years of experience in comparable national/international and interdisciplinary sales functions, including solid management experience or team leader experience (in relevant sales position and/or professional cleaning industry).
International and intercultural experiences.
Interest in working in a start-up-like environment in the cleaning industry, combined with dedication and commitment to goals and attentions in the fields of robotics, machines, service.
Excellent communication skills (national and internationally) with strong competence in relationships building.
Structured, analytical, strategic, and conceptual way of working.
Assertive team player with very good collaboration skills.
Proactive and self-starter, solution finder and implementation-oriented work style.
Business fluent English and at least one more western European language (written and spoken capabilities for both languages); ideally French or one of the Nordic languages.
Exposure to implementation and support of ERP systems is advantageous.
High level of willingness to travel is requested (~40-60%).
High flexibility in work environments, assertiveness and team oriented (start-up environment).
