Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Type: Fulltime

Region: Berlin

Job Description

Your main focus regions would be : Scandinavia and Germany – but you will also support our sales activities in Turkey, North Africa, South East Europe and Middle East.

Your tasks and responsibilities are:
Prospect and develop business Sales of the standard PSImetals production management solution to new customers and support of existing customers

Responsibility for the entire sales cycle: organize demos, create a requirement analysis, prepare technical and commercial proposals, finish with a successful contract closure
Work closely together with different teams during each stage of the sales cycle (pre sales teams, project managers and management board)
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
Increase the standardization of current and future PSImetals solutions in the customer environment
Continuously expand the license and maintenance business
Coordinate and execute workshops at our customers

Our Requirements

University degree or similar within the technical, economics, metallurgy, process engineering field
Experience with production and business processes in the manufacturing industry, ideally in the metal industry
Good understanding of the associated software solutions as well as your high IT affinity will support you in your tasks
Several years of sales experience in the area of SCM and MES solutions as well as in IT project management, ideally in the metal industry
Competitive attitude and high work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company
Outgoing, positive and result driven character
Willingness and ability to travel is a major part of the position
Ability to work collaboratively with employees within both sales function and cross functions
Excellent time management and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German, any other of the following languages Swedish, Finnish, Turkish, Arabian, Persian is a plus
Previous experience in Production Management, Production Planning and/or SAP is an additional advantage
