working for Europe`s biggest online retailer for musical equipment from the capital Berlin
We continue to grow and are looking for you to join our customer service team full-time. As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it’s orders, questions about Thomann or returns – you will support our customers in a service-oriented way. As a „facilitator“, you will work out optimal solutions for our customers and thus actively contribute to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
For four to six weeks you will switch the noise and bustle of the capital with idyll and calm of Franconia as we will do the initial training in our Headquarters in Treppendorf near Bamberg. Here you will meet your colleagues and feel the well known Thomann spirit
