Job Description
The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.
Implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on the integration of the SuccessFactors solution.
Analyze the customer situation and develop strategies for integrating the SuccessFactors solution into the customer’s system architecture.
You design and configure integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems like SAP HCM, IAS/IPS, etc.
Support in all project phases – from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live.
Independent performance of customer workshops and user trainings.
Support in presales activities such as the execution of system demos or the preparation of offers.

Qualifications
Completed university studies, several years of relevant professional experience and successful certification in SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid or comparable.
Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
Solution/process-oriented thinking and strong methodological skills.
Ability to communicate and work in a team as well as a convincing appearance.
Business fluent German and fluent English.
