Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
If you ever wanted to be directly involved in shaping future products and solutions for the semiconductor industry this is your opportunity! In this position you will be part of the research and development team of Advantest’s premium SOC Test Solution – the V93000 IC Test platform. We are looking for a Scrum Master to coach, challenge, and support our teams along the way. You will work in a cross-functional team consisting of Hardware- and Software-R&D, product marketing, solution architects and customer support.
Support two Scrum teams as Scrum Master
Ensure Scrum, its values, and other agile methods as needed are understood and lived
Facilitate the ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, …)
Coach your teams towards self-organizationed, effective, and efficient development of our product
Drive removing impediments whereever you find them
Act towards the organization to seamlessly integrate the teams into the overall product development process (e.g. the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) setup of Software-R&D) Care for process management and execution in your teams
Your Qualifications
Computer science / electrical engineering Bachelor / Master or equivalent
Solid hands-on technical skills in core Java and Eclipse platform
In-depth knowledge of Xtext core APIs
Structured approach to problem analysis and problem solving
Passion for quality
English communication skills (written and spoken)
