The appliedAI Initiative is Germany’s largest initiative for fostering the application of AI technology in the European industrial landscape. We shape Europe’s innovative power in AI together with leading companies and tech players. We do this through close sparring and interaction with our partners on neutral ground based on delivering a unique set of assets and individual services. We build on deep technical expertise while focusing on applicability of the solutions. We create visions in the age of AI for Germany as a society, for us in a world of climate change as well as in our economy. We guide our partners to achieve their ambition in a world we want to live in.
Your mission
You help our Partners to reach their ambitious AI goals with a comprehensive AI Acceleration approach as a sparring partner of AI leads
Your are responsible to both scope customer AI programs based on their specific needs and leading the execution as a project manager
You embed yourself deeply into our partners‘ AI organization with regular interactions with the partners‘ employees to ensure close collaboration and achieve maximum impact
You bridge the gap between our partners‘ needs and the appliedAI assets as well as external resources
Your profile
You combine the best of strategic project management with strong technical passion & technical expertise in AI
Ideally, you have gained 2-5 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or comparable industry experience
Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills combined with strong presence and communication skills
You have an academic background In Data Science/ML or Economics – or a combination thereof
Preferably, you have gained previous experience in designing and/or applying AI in companies and in the development of state-of-the-art ML models
You have a passion to stay on-top of the latest research and development in the field of AI
You have the ambition to look beyond the technology and you are able to translate the impact of AI to senior customer stakeholders in their own language («the Why & How»)
You work best in a high-performing team and have the drive & willingness to learn new things and to continuously improve yourself and appliedAI
Fluent English is required and conversational German a clear plus
