(Senior) HR Operations Manager

Your tasks

You will assume end-to-end responsibility for all recruiting activities, from internal needs assessment and coordination to the creation of diverse job profiles and advertisements to qualitative active sourcing (via Linkedin) and conducting candidate interviews – with the support of the HR Specialist
You record, analyze and report various area-specific performance and quality indicators and derive suitable, topic- and target group-specific measures from them
You support employees (of the entire corporate group) along the entire employee journey and take on a proactive advisory role for various stakeholder
You form the responsible interface to the payroll team and help ensure that the monthly payroll process runs smoothly
You act as a central contact for offices, authorities and cooperation partners and ensure a safe, trusting and efficient exchange and processing of all relevant concerns
You design and take measures to promote culture as well as internal and external employer branding in close coordination with the Head of People & Culture and in interface with the Marketing and Communications Team
You are responsible for implementing various training and education measures along the company-wide employee development strategy, in coordination with managers and – with the support of the Jr. HR Manager

Your profile

University degree or education in HR, business administration, law, psychology or similar
At least 5 years postgraduate professional experience in HR management
At least 2 years professional experience in a leading role in an international environment
Proven experience in process design and optimization
Excellent language skills in English and German (at least C1 for both), written and spoken

Superb correspondence skills and diplomatic, solution-oriented communication in an international environment with third parties at all levels
Very good knowledge of labour law
High IT affinity and very good working experience in digital HR tools as well as MS Office
High degree of initiative and very good decision-making ability combined with an independent working style and pragmatic, hands-on attitude
Willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement process and to drive change
