For our location in Duisburg we are looking for a
(Senior) IT Support Technician (m/f/x)
Provide IT support to users and peers across all of our European sites
Collaborate with international counterparts in standardizing support globally
Assist in the implementation of ITIL processes
Administer and support the core IT desktop services
Work with the EU Systems Administrator on infrastructure projects related to end user computing
Perform the daily, weekly and monthly check process to ensure platform stability including security and patch compliance
Liaise directly with outsourced partners

Degree level or equivalent education within IT, Business systems or other technical related fields
Several years of experience of providing technical support, ideally in an international work environment
Experience of Microsoft O365 applications, AutoPilot/ Intune/Jamf-Support, Windows 10 and Mac Operating Systems
Experience of End User Computing (EUC) Lifecycle Management
Experience of applying IT Security protocols, processes, policies and standards
English fluency
Willingness to travel
