Senior Order Manager (m/f/d)
AUTODOC is a fast-growing, technology-driven company specialized in automotive e-commerce headquartered in Berlin, Germany. The company was founded in 2008. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement transformation strategy for all sales and customer orders by implementing business processes that drive performance excellence
Lead and manage all processes in correlation with all incoming sales orders and/or customer complaints incl. order cleansing
Responsible for driving operational efficiencies and effectiveness by balancing and allocating Order volumes towards internal and external warehouse capacities
Define and implement an end to end return order process
Accountable for driving continuous improvement in customer order experience incl. identifying and implementing innovative IT-/digitalization-solutions
Define and deliver against key metrics for end-to-end supply chain, including on time and in full metrics to B:B and B:C customers
Manage order- and work processes in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders such as Customer Experience, Revenue Management, Procurement, Private Brand, external Logistic partners, internal logistics Managers and process management, to achieve best Service Levels
Develop and implement of KPIs and other SLA reports
Drive standardization to eliminate inefficiencies were possible
Part of global supply chain organization
Requirements:
University degree in business administration (or related), ideally with a focus on supply chain or logistics
A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in eCommerce and Order Management. Experience and understanding of global supply chain dynamics and considerations.
Track record in leading challenging supply chain transformation processes. Well versed with digital supply chain structures with exposure to SC models, digital supply chain, AI and automation
Capable to develop appropriate solution within an complex environment with different customer groups in B:B and B:C in 27 countries and various international warehouse locations
High level of analytical skills including affinity working with high data volumes and different IT/data management systems and an excellent process orientation will help the candidate being successful in that role
Experience in planning and S&OP is considered a plus
Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken), additional languages are considered as a plus
