Your Tasks
Take an active role in supporting project managers during scrum ceremonies and the development of software projects
Collaborate with and coach software development teams regarding the usage of agile development techniques as well as software development tools
Create and maintain software development procedures in accordance with standards and guidelines for medical product software
Train people on software development procedures and guidelines by taking care about individual needs
Support several projects and collaborate with software engineers, UX designers, technical writers, project managers, and solution architects
Your Profile
Bachelors‘ degree or higher degree (University, FH) in science, engineering, or communication with several years of professional experience in the area of software development
Experience in supporting software development teams as software quality engineer or scrum master and experiences with various software development tools (e.g., Git or Azure DevOps Server)
Knowledge in writing and maintaining software development procedures or guidelines
Experience in training people on agile development techniques, software development tools, software development procedures, or guidelines
Very good English skills, both written and spoken as well as strong communication skills; German skills are a plus

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from EUR 48,760.78, based on professional qualification and experience.
