In our ONE Digital team, you will be revolutionizing agriculture with us and help to feed the world sustainably. In a dialogue with our customers and partners, we strive to master the digital transformation in agriculture with a holistic approach. What you will do
You own the lifecycle of a specific sub-set of capabilities withing the overall solution
You create and evolve a roadmap in conjunction with Enterprise Architect
You align the Capabilities Roadmap and the Solution Roadmap with relevant milestones, and releases, identified on the solution roadmap
You manage requirements: define and manage requirements at the solution level as well as decompose requirements to communicate intent with internal and external suppliers and support compliance needs
You identify and refine Epics, Capabilities and Identify Features that drive the backlogs for the solution train ARTs‘
What you will bring
Relevant professional experience in the field of Digital Product Management combined with agile strategic development of digital solutions
Experience in working with the SAFe Agile framework (at least 3+ years)
English skills in business fluent
Good communication skills
Work experience in international environments
A plus if you have
Experience in Digital Disruptive Business Models
Experience in agriculture or comparable industry
