S&OP Lead (m/f/d)
Responsible for the V93000 product portfolio, creating the demand forecasts and corresponding capacity, supply and inventory plans. Activities include:
Facilitate and drive the monthly S&OP meetings incl. demand, supply, inventory and capacity planning, with focus on mid- to long-term time horizon.
Drive decision making at senior management level for a consensus demand and constrained supply plan, supply chain capacity investments and inventory strategies
Review and validate the unconstrained demand plan in collaboration with the demand planning team, by analyzing trends, demand drivers and feedback from sales, marketing and business development
Drive aligned constrained supply plans with the Supply Chain management team with supply and inventory targets for the product portfolio and consolidated view of inventory levels and constraints across manufacturing, materials and logistics
Propose capacity investments and inventory strategies to support future demand and business objectives
Identify actions for financial evaluation together with Controlling
Optimize demand, supply and inventory planning logic and policies constantly and be senior advisor for state-of-the-art S&OP process
Bachelor’s Degree (required – Master´s degree preferred) with a focus on Supply Chain Planning and/or Supply Chain Operations
Extensive experience in Supply Chain Operations or Planning in a complex/global organization, including the ability to work with one or more Advanced Planning Systems like RapidResponse Kinaxis, Oracle ERP or SAP IBP
Leadership and decision-making skills as well as very good analytical skills
Pro-active and self-driven work management, effectively handle and prioritize cases
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at different levels and across different teams and countries
Strong coordination skills, ability to lead and influence x-functional teams
Fluent English language skills (verbal & written), German is a plus
Experience in the Semiconductor / HighTech industry preferred
