Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
Support the Consumer Products training team in the development and delivery of digital qualification/training activities worldwide
Manage and intensify the use of the “ PCP Training Content Library“ and continuously update the training content
Development of consumer-centric digital product trainings and learning units to support Sales via BSH internal and external target groups worldwide
Continuously improve digital training activities as well as the process of content multiplication
Promoting consumer-centric thinking in collaboration and sharing of best practices within the PCP training community
Your profile
Degree in Marketing / Communication Science / Psychology / Adult Education, Training Management or similar
Several years of experience in training (qualification methods, concepts, training creation), good knowledge of modern training methods
Language negotiation skills in German and English
Intercultural competence and interest in international cooperation in a worldwide team
Experience/skills in the implementation of international training projects
