Our client is a European TIER1 aviation supplier based in Munich designing, developing and manufacturing aircraft engines. With their main facilities in Germany and Spain they have more sites across Europe with 2.500 specialists contributing to technically demanding programmes.
Based in the Munich headquarter we are looking for a
Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/x)
Your Challenges
Manage order placement and delivery of hardware, including new modules & kits into the Engine Assembly Line (EAL) as well as spare parts for aligned suppliers.

Secure on time and on quantity delivery.

Ensure availability through supporting forecast process, flow down and robust industrial governance.

Guarantee placement, management, tracking and closing of all orders with action taken to resolve any gaps.

Provide seamless reporting and status to the relevant internal stakeholders, including information in case demands cannot be executed.

Escalate effectively and clearly to Head of Product Delivery in case supply chain is unable to fulfil customer needs on time or on quality and support risk management process.

Continually identify potential for internal improvements and share your findings actively with your team to implement actions within supply chain and enhance progress for future business.
Your Profile:
Bachelor/Master in Engineering, Business, Programme Management or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 2-3 years of aviation experience.
Skilled negotiator to manage complex product delivery plans with vendors and customers.
Supportively interact with professional procurement, operations and supply chain management organisation.
Able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment with very good spoken and written English (necessary) as well as German (an advantage).
Very good knowledge and handling of SAP necessary.
