Job Description
As a Team Facilitator (m/f/diverse) you are responsible for implementing the ideas of Agile, SCRUM and CANBAN in ASPICE compatible processes and methods. You will be acting as a member of an agile team, which consists of international development team members, Product Owners and Product Managers. The position can be either staffed in Neu-Ulm or Lindau.
Your tasks will be the following:
Coordinate the daily activities in the area of ADAS projects
Facilitate the progress of the assigned project towards the team goals
Facilitate the team meetings and agile retrospectives
Responsibility for the preparation and execution of events in the whole agile release train
Analysis and classification of the impediments, communication, and coordination of the efforts
Ensure qualitative development by facilitating methods, processes, and tools
Train the team so that they can live the organizational processes and tools efficiently
Create status reports and report to the project team, the line management and customers
Contribute to continuous improvement of our SW development process
Job Requirements
University Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable studies
Experience in the field of embedded SW development or SW testing desirable
Experience in the automotive sector and in automotive technology development projects desirable
Report generation experience
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Git and Doors
Very good English language skills, written and spoken
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and cooperative mindset and ability to work in international teams
