Team Lead Development of Mechanical Products (gn*)

Your tasks
Disciplinary and technical supervision of your team
Responsibility for the further strategic development of our products, processes, laboratories and test fields as well as the development of product innovations
Harmonization of design elements and measurably increase of the organization´s efficiency and productivity
Development and active management of Engineering Excellence KPIs

Your qualification
University/FH degree (Master/Diploma) in the field of Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable subject
Several years of experience with classic and agile development methods and personnel management
Familiarity with 3D-CAD modeling (Solid Works) and simulation software ANSYS
Knowledge of thermodynamics, hydraulics and fluid dynamics is an advantage
Excellent leadership qualities, problem solving skills and assertiveness
High degree of personal responsibility and goal orientation
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
