For our Global Raputation Management team we are looking for a
Management and further development of a team of 6 employees
Coordination and continuous improvement of work processes and team cooperation
Interface function between national departments and Global Corporate Communications in the area of PR & Communications
Development and establishment of quality standards and international guidelines
Development and implementation of the global communications strategy incl. global DKMS key messages
Supporting the Director Global Communications & Reputation in the implementation of content-related and project-related decisions as well as budget planning
Steering and coordination of international projects
Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) with a focus on communication science or comparable
At least 6 years of relevant professional experience
Leadership experience is an advantage
Experience in an international working environment
Very good conceptual and project management skills
Very good knowledge in all disciplines of PR: media relations, corporate publishing (instruments of PR), event formats, editorial activities and crisis communication in an international context
Very good intercultural skills as well as strong empathy, contact and communication skills
Excellent English skills (native speaker level)
Increased willingness to travel and high flexibility
