Team Leader Human Resources (m/w/d)
Responsibilities:
Professional management of the department Human Resources (staff of 1)
Contact person for the management and the departments in all HR relevant topics and direct reporting line to the Japanese Managing Director
Development and implementation of new personnel strategies
Responsibility and execution of all personnel processes from the entry to the departure of employees
Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Drive forward the employee development
Preparation of payroll and responsibility for monthly salary accounting in Germany, France and Switzerland
Support of international employment relations, in particular support of Japanese secondments
Execution of personnel controlling tasks
Monitoring of the occupational safety system
Requirements:
University Degree with a focus on Business Administration, Labor Law, Human Resources or similar
Team player with proven leadership qualities and „hands-on“ approach
Clear thinker, capable of seeing both the big and small picture
5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably gained within an international environment
Structured, stress-resistant personality with strong communication skills who can deal with conflict in an open and solution-oriented manner
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially in Word and Excel
Fluent in English and German; Japanese is an advantage, but not a must
