Your Tasks

Test & commissioning of SPM instruments and associated electronics (FAT)
Execution of general functional and performance tests, troubleshooting, error detection and elimination
Support / participation in R&D projects
Possibly installation at the end user on site
Feedback on errors that have occurred during FAT to engineering and / or R&D
Maintenance, care, assembly of internal test systems and tools
Creation, maintenance and filing of test specifications and test protocols, device documentation
Production support in individual cases
Training customers in the use of our products according to customer specifications

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

Natural science degree or comparable university of applied sciences degree
Practical experience of measuring methods in the field of SPM and UHV
Extensive knowledge of relevant software and electronics for surface characterization
Knowledge of a merchandise management system is an advantage
Fluent Business English
Willingness to travel internationally (occasionally)
Structured, careful, independent and reliable way of working
