Trade Compliance Manager Europe (m/f/d)
Ensure our implicit and explicit commitments to our stakeholders
Meet all import, export compliance regulations
Provide support and guidance to all Advantest sites in their trade operations related to international import/export compliance management (ITC), licenses, training, auditing, improvement strategies and trade compliance process improvements
Support global and regional compliance requirements in maintaining continuity with corporate global trade compliance direction
Effectively implement TC objectives into local country/regional initiatives in coordination with business stakeholders
Bachelor / Master / University degree in International Law, International Management, Business Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
with a focus on foreign trade law
7+ years of experience in the operation of import and export compliance processes
Good project management and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge and judgement of applicable trade regulations (US CBP, BIS/EAR, SNAP-R, Census FTSR, BAFA, Zoll)
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
Experienced with ATLAS applications
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English language
Good Communication skills and Team Player
Highly independent and pro-active
