We are looking for:
Trainer / Scrum Master ( m/ w /d )
Senior Agil Coach und Facilitator (w/m/d)
Permanent position, full-time, throughout Germany
Your tasks
With your analytical skills, creativity and empathy, you inspire customers and enable teams to achieve top performance.
As part of a team, you will accompany the introduction of SAFe, OKR or Scrum.
They design training courses and workshops for our customers that are tailored to their specific challenges and carry them out on site or remotely.
You discuss the goals of the organization, observe how agile working is currently working for your customers and derive topics that can be improved.
You accompany and coach individual Scrum teams and their stakeholders in learning their roles and the application of agile methods.
They resolve disruptive factors of agile transformation at organizational level and thus ensure smooth processes.
You accompany complex product and organizational environments and their teams in the scaled-agile tension between business and IT.
They set impulses and thus further develop the agile maturity level.
Internally you will contribute to the Consileon Agile Community, train new colleagues and be part of the agile product development team.
Your profile
Safe handling of common agile methods from design sprints to SAFe
Above-average university degree or comparable qualification
Structured way of working, ability to moderate, creativity, analytical-conceptual thinking skills and high quality standards
Ideally several years of experience as a trainer with large and small groups
Certification of and experience with Scrum
Mastery of digital communication and learning tools
Experience in systemic coaching and organizational development is a plus
Confident and well-groomed appearance, excellent communication skills and the ability to recognize the needs of people and organizations
Experience and qualifications in classic process models or environments are also desirable, as is an affinity for IT
Enjoyment of change and a high willingness to learn complete your profil
