Your Key Responsibilities
Responsibility to manage the IT product portfolio of the product line with regards to:
Functional content of the portfolio
Short-, mid- and long term product portfolio, -strategy and -development
Prioritization and roll out of the products to its customers within the business in alignment with relevant stakeholders and product owners
Cohesiveness of the portfolio
Costs and cost coverage of the single products and the overall portfolio
Define the product cost charging strategy towards the product customers in synchronization with the relevant business stakeholders and customers
Proactively design the innovation roadmap for the product line and its products
Accountability for the technical compliance of the product portfolio
Orchestration of the successful roll out of the IT products including training, change management, customer enablement, etc. in collaboration with the global Digitalization & Operations organization
Responsibility for the planning and execution of the budget for the dedicated product portfolio and the overall architecture of the products of the respective product line
Research customer product requirements, competitive offerings, and product gaps to determine internal market needs for new products
Manage risks in collaboration with product teams during the execution of product rationalization and new product launches
Analyze portfolio performance, market pervasion, including revenue, cost coverage, volume, price and quality and converts analysis into insights, actions and a product line strategy
Initiate the communication and the respective marketing activities for the portfolio and the products of the product line together with the product teams
Your Qualifications
Successfully completed studies in the field of natural sciences, engineering, information technology or comparable education
Min. 5 years of experience in leading international projects with interdisciplinary teams (including successful completion of more than one project) in the area of supply chain management
Min. 3 years of management experience in the production of an industrial company and / or a digitalization / IT unit
Strong communication skills and confident, eloquent appearance at all hierarchical levels
Broad, multi-year experience in operations management, ideally in an international context
At least 5 years of experience in change management in production and/or indirect areas realted to SCM
Knowledge of digitalization & IT and experience in the development and rollout of digital solutions
In-depth knowledge of project, resources and portfolio management
Personal initiative, problem-solving orientation and holistic, entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced analytical skills
International willingness to travel
Very good moderation and presentation skills
