Einleitung
In der Product Line Nachhaltigkeit bei ALDI SÜD unterstützen wir die globale Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie von ALDI mit gemeinsamen Daten, integrierten Prozessen und der richtigen Technologie.
Unser Fokus liegt darauf, die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen sicherzustellen und ALDIs Bestreben voranzutreiben, Nachhaltigkeit für unsere Kund:innen erschwinglich zu machen.

Deine Aufgaben
Wofür du dein Bestes gibst.
Ausbau, Führung und Entwicklung eines eigenen Teams bestehend aus 6-8 Expert:innen
Einsatz von Prinzipien und Methoden der agilen Führung von Teams
Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
Vorbereitung der Organisation auf die Nutzung neuer CR-Tools
Management externer Partner und internationaler Projektteams
Entwicklung eines Fahrplans für die Umsetzung unserer Vision »Global Sustainability Strategy (GSS)«
Dein Profil
Was du mitbringen solltest.
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Nachhaltigkeit
Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
Interesse im Bereich Sustainability und Corporate Responsibility
Kenntnisse über einschlägige Frameworks, Methoden und Tools zur Prozessoptimierung
Beratungsexpertise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Tatsachen und Ergebnisse klar, strukturiert und logisch nachvollziehbar zu präsentieren
Positives Mindset, analytische und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Gestaltung und Begleitung von Veränderungen
Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your Job

Establishing, managing and developing your own team made up of six to eight experts
Applying principles and methods for agile team leadership
Initiating and leading projects for continuous process improvement
Enabling the organisation to use new CR tools
Stakeholder management of external partners and international project teams
Developing a roadmap for implementing our «Global Sustainability Strategy (GSS)» vision
Your Profile
What you should have.
Degree with a focus on business administration, computer science, or sustainability and corporate responsibility
Experience in leading employees and managing external partners
Interest in the area of sustainability and corporate responsibility
Knowledge of relevant frameworks, methods and tools for process optimisation
Excellent consulting skills with an ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way
Positive mindset, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and working and enjoyment in shaping and supporting change
Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
Desirable extras.
