Vice President / Global Head of Operation (m/f/d)
Tasks
Full responsibility for all production sites worldwide with a total headcount of more than thousand employees
Set-up strategies for the development of all facilities, from smaller workshops to large production plants
Providing active and strategic leadership to the plant managers
Optimization of processes and further expansion of lean management processes and structures
Development and Implementation of center-of-excellence-strategies and act as the driver for standardization and digitalization of production
Requirements
Engineering Degree
Sound leadership experience as a production leader with documented success
Profound knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and strong lean and shopfloor management know-how
High intercultural understanding and willingness for international business trips
Entrepreneurial personality with good understanding of KPI’s and experience in leading via key figures
Strong analytical and conceptional skills
